I don't know much about Photoshop, but it may be a bit difficult to reproduce the 'uneven paint job' in watercolor paintings (like what I did in order to paint the sun) on Photoshop. So please try experimenting with the Blur/Smudge/Mixer tools. Thank you for the favs btw.
